The manager of Manchester City, Pep Guardiola has reflected on the performance of Erling Haaland.

The Spaniard was speaking at a press conference after his team’s first game against West Ham United. Guardiola spoke about the reaction of football supporters over the world following his performance in the community shoes against Liverpool.

One week ago when he missed the chance, he was a failure. Everybody laughed at him. Now he is (being compared to) Thierry Henry and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Haaland scored a brace in the game against the Hammers and he became the first Manchester City player to score a brace in his debut since Sergio Aguero achieved the feat since Sergio Aguero.
